"One of the biggest concerns with gluten-free pasta is texture. Many tend to be either too mushy or too brittle after cooking. However, this range strikes a good balance. The pasta holds its shape well and can still be cooked to "al dente" how I enjoy pasta. Can't wait to follow more recipes from the website!"

I’ve really enjoyed the range of different pastas on offer but the Tagliatelle is definitely my favourite. It’s a really good price for what you are getting and with pasta being something I’ve always loved it’s great to find a reliable source to be able to get them as part of my weekly meal planning. Would highly reccomend any of there pastas, but the tagliatelle is just amazing!"
